Description
In the future, Europe has united under one man, The Autocrat. He rules the apocalyptic landscape from corporate monopolies with a vision of unity that is gospel to some, but hollow to others. To distract the 99%from their poor and empty lives, they are given the opportunity to compete in the Grand Race. A marathon street race through Europe where only one driver can make it to the end and win a life of luxury. Our hero, Sebastian Valencia enters with the hope that winning this race can make up for his wasted past, but along the way he starts to question what kind of future he is actually buying into. About the Author
Ryan K Lindsay writes comics. He has partnered with artist Sami Kivelä to create: EVERFROST and BEAUTIFUL CANVAS through Black Mask Studios, DEER EDITOR through his own 'Four Colour Ray Gun' imprint and a handful of Kickstarter successes, and CHUM through ComixTribe. He has partnered with artist Eric Zawadzki to create: ETERNAL through Black Mask Studios, and HEADSPACE, also with Sebastian Piriz, through Monkeybrain Comics/IDW. His other comics include: Aurealis and Ledger Award winning NEGATIVE SPACE with Owen Gieni through Dark Horse Comics, SHE Vol. 1 with Chris Panda through ComixTribe, GLOVES with Tommy Lee Edwards in the Vertigo CMYK anthology, as well as EIR with Alfie Gallagher, INK ISLAND with Craig Bruyn, STAIN THE SEAS SCARLET with Alex Cormack, and SKYSCRAPER with Mitchell Collins through Kickstarter for 'Four Colour Ray Gun.' He was selected as a participant in the DC Writing Workshop group of 2016. He's written/edited analytical texts, including THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS: EXAMINING MATT MURDOCK AND DAREDEVIL through Sequart, and has had essays published in Criminal, Godzilla, Sheltered, Strange Nation, and Crime Factory. He is Australian and when not being a family man he hones his writing skills by sacrificing blood wombats to the outback spider fight clubs.
Natasha Alterici is a writer and artist living in Tulsa, OK who has been working as a freelance artist for over ten years. Works include Heathen (Vault Comics), Dinosaur Project, Gotham Academy: Yearbook, Grayson Annual, The Lez Film Review, Mixed Signals, Lovers and Other Strangers, Transcience, and a number of others.
