About the Author
James Beard Award-winning Chinese-American chef Ming Tsai has produced and hosted Simply Ming on US television for the past 7 years. Formerly a mainstay on the Food Network as the host of East Meets West, for which he won an Emmy, he is also the author of Simply Ming and Blue Ginger (also with Arthur Boehm) and has created food products and cookware under both the Ming East-West and Blue Ginger labels. Arthur Boehm writes about food for a number of national publications and is co-author of the Modern Seafood Cook, The Empire Kosher Cookbook, Blue Ginger, and Simply Ming. He lives in New York City.
I've had my eye on the Cranberry-Hoisin Chicken recipe in Simply Ming One-Pot Meals by Ming Tsai and Arthur Boehm (Kyle Books) for a long time. The introduction says it's the "perfect dish for entertaining," and I have no reason to dispute the claim.--Barbara Revsine "ChicagoNow, 1/2/14 "
