About the Author

An Oregon native, it was Todd Roll's life in Europe that opened his eyes to biking as more than a sport for speed junkies in Lycra. His desire to make biking accessible to all spawned his Portland sightseeing company, Pedal Bike Tours, as well as the business' motto that "no spandex is required." Through Pedal Bike Tours, he has helped get thousands of tourists and locals onto bikes to pedal the most bike friendly large city in America. Todd can be seen riding around Portland with his wife and daughter.
