About the Author

Bill Arning is the Director of the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston who has organized numerous exhibitions. Stan VanDerBeek: The Culture Intercom (2011), which Arning co-curated with Joรกยฃo Ribas, Curator, MIT List Visual Arts Center, received the prestigious award of "Best Show Involving Digital Media, Video, Film, or Performance" from the United States section of the International Art Critics Association (AICA/USA).
Elizabeth Thomas is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. She has a Certificate in Workplace Based Medical Education and has run exam practice courses in the North West region for eight years alongside holding the regional role of FRCA tutor.
Jens Hoffmann is a writer and exhibition maker based in New York, Milan, and San Josรฉ, Costa Rica. He has curated more than one hundred exhibitions worldwide and written more than three hundred essays, articles, and reviews on art and exhibition making since the late 1990s. Hoffmann is currently Senior Curator at Despacio Center for Contemporary Art in San Josรฉ .
MICHAEL AUPING is the chief curator at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
