About the Author

Patrick Gilbert holds a Ph.D. in Management and is graduated in organizational psychology. He is Emeritus Professor at Sorbonne Business Scool (IAE Paris) and Research Director at the Mutations Anticipations Innovations Chair. He is also member of the board of several scientific societies such as the Association francophone de Gestion des Ressources Humaines (AGRH) and Association Internationale de Psychologie du Travail de Langue Franรงaise (AIPTLF).
