Upon hitting the ripe old age of 49, in the midst of perimenopause, Laurie Condon started reflecting on where she had been and where she was going. Laurie was trying to grasp what was happening to her body, and how quickly time was flying.

They have appeared in Ms. Fitness, Personal Fitness Professional, Health Products Business, Club Industry, The Nutritious Life Studio and S-Life Magazine. She self-published a book entitled Keeping Fit On The Run, which was purchased by a company for their salespeople. She lives on Long Island with her husband and their son.
