David Patrick Kelly is an American actor and musician. The character of Jerry Horne in Twin Peaks was created by David Lynch specifically for Kelly. He's also appeared in numerous other television shows including, Miami Vice, Gossip Girl, Louie, and three different Law & Order series. He is also well known for his role of Luther in the 1979 cult film The Warriors.
