About the Author

Kathie Goodale taught children's dance technique and improvisation for forty years at Minnesota Dance Theater and Ballet Arts Minnesota. Kathie has also taught dance improvisation in Japan and Russia. She has been a museum guide at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis and is on the Board of Link Vostok.
Karl Jones has played piano for professional ballet dancers and students in the Minneapolis-St Paul area for over thirty years. He has accompanied the touring companies of American Ballet Theater, the Feld Ballet, Twyla Tharp, the dance troupe of the Metropolitan Opera and others.
