Reviews

In Bears Don't Care About Your Problems...Outside's Semi-Rad columnist Brendan Leonard remarks on the sometimes-absurd moments that punctuate an adventure-filled life. His sharp drawings and commentary touch on topics like camping in bear territory, pooping in a bag, and running hundreds of miles just because you can.--Outside
Inspiring everyday folks who dream big, but maybe can't always go big is kind of Leonard's thing.... [Bears Don't Care About Your Problems] serves as a sort of gut-busting greatest hits from the annals of Semi-Rad, complete with fresh illustrations and a foreword written by AJ's own Steve Casimiro.--Shawnte Salabert "Adventure Journal "
Fully absorbing, inherently fascinating, and laugh out loud funny.--Midwest Book Review
[Bears Don't Care About Your Problems] is indeed focused on the outdoor lifestyle, but I think even if you're more indoorsy, there's something universal here.--Ryan Warner "Colorado Matters "
Prepare to relate and laugh your ass off even as Leonard, in his understated way, gives you the necessary tools to pursue a successful outdoor life.... Leonard's stories are much more than just a laugh or step-by-step guide on lightening the weight in your backpack. Bears Don't Care About Your Problems draws insights on human nature, character, and perspective.--Zoe Leibovitch "Climbing Magazine "
