About the Author
Kelly Brogan, M.D., studied cognitive neuroscience at MIT before receiving her M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College. Board certified in psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and integrative holistic medicine, she is one of the only doctors in the nation with these qualifications. She practices in Manhattan and is a mother of two young daughters.
Kristin Loberg is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling collaborator whose work includes The End of Illness, Grain Brain, and A Short Guide to a Long Life. She earned her degree from Cornell University, where she spent most of her time in biomedical labs as a pre-med student--only to leave the prospect of medical school to pursue a writing career. She much prefers the weather in Los Angeles where she was born and resides. She is a member of the Author's Guild, PEN, and the Los Angeles Editors and Writers Group, and she is an avid triathlete and oenophile.
